Ned had 90 yards worth of pick 6s resulting in 14 points, but is not figured into total yards. Anther reason the stats/points are skewed. GCM needs to sustain drives and score. Big plays are nice but can't be live by. Ned's  defense forced punts and scored twice. When the opponent's defense is scoring, it makes for a long night.

Starters pulled with 6 minutes left in the 3rd quarter. I think Neumann left them in that long just to get the starters accustomed to playing in a full game. Great game for the Dogs!

I'm very happy when the game starts. Lol!!!!

I arrive at games fairly early and was wondering how many people think the home side should be moved back to where it was. Was the home side moved because of the press box? That sun sure is a killer.

Wow, we are still playing Dayton, yet our fans are obnoxious. Give me a break. If you truly thought our team sucked, you would not give a hoot about scrimmages, our Crosby game or anything that is Nederland football. You come on a Nederland thread and expect not to read bout our defense. Duh!!!!!!

Mosley was the best, but I saw Sumrall and Ramoin. We take no one lightly. I'm not a good trash talker, just know what I see. Our defense is the best I have seen at Ned. I put all my faith in a solid defense. Our offense has had a slow start but showed some life last week. I am confident we can score and let our defense get us the ball and limit any scoring by GCM.

Dustin Hood was one of the best QBs I have ever seen and he did not suit up for the second half. Ryan Butler, who no one could cover, saw limited action. Mosley played sparingly behind a makeshift line.

Isn't this one always a slugfest? I'm taking Hemphill at home. However, West Sabine just beat the snot out of Kelly. Is that a good measuring stick?

It should have read "competition" instead of competitive. I'll let them bump their gums. I just like to point out the obvious lack of respect. By giving mention to Pryor and Washington, that is in no way a snub to the rest of the defense. That unit played lights out all night. I love a defensive game and Washington was shoving his man backwards all the way to the QB, and then tackling them both.

Ned still not 100% healthy. The defensive line is awesome.....totally dominated all night.

I was watching alright. Crosby probably had negative yards in the first half. Their first first down was a facemask penalty.

Who are the twins? All I saw tonight was Ned's #90 in Crosby's backfield.
