Yes that game was indeed an example of what trying to “leave the shadow” leads to. Arkansas has never been the same either and also been mediocre at best for the vast majority of seasons since they left the SWC. Hell even Nebraska showed today how well things have gone for them as well. All they did was cut themselves out of the Texas recruiting landscape. Brilliant. All aggy did was become an aggy joke in a different conference. A joke they very much aren’t in on 😂

I’m not sure. It’s been pretty clear both teams are dreadful all year. But only aggy could mortgage the farm, and become open enrollment, in order to pay $75 million for dreadful 😂😂. It may be the aggyest thing in the history of aggy.

Gary is really, really good. I also really enjoy listening to Mike Sanchez. KOGT is also great to listen to with John Kimbrough doing color. He complements Gary well and having been a long time official in this area, knows the rule book backwards and forwards.

Well deserved. I’m sure Cornel will be joining him there. WOS has been blessed for many years having those two back to back.

I would agree. Red River Rivalry isn’t a home game or away game. Literally as neutral as you can get. Neutral games deserve their own classification. Unless it’s like LSU playing a game in New Orleans. Then it might as well be a home game.

I think Auburn is a solid team and could get a lot better. There’s a big difference between playing a seasoned vet at LSU like Burrow and a freshman like Nix. I will say the kid appears to have a ton of heart but he looks like a freshman at times. Although I’m not sure he doesn’t look better at this stage than Sam did 2 years ago. He certainly makes less mistakes. But he’s not near where he needs to be for Auburn to win the SEC. If ends up as good as his dad was, he’s going to be a stud. But i will say Auburn has to be top 10 now based on their record including a win over a solid Oregon team.

I will take any win against these guys. Hopefully we can get healthy on the bye week.

Alabama aggy is apparently better than Texas aggy as well. As is Mississippi aggy usually.
