First of all.. it's never the same district.  You're assuming that every other school in the district is in the same situation as well as far as returning players and/or transfers/move-ins.  But.. let's say it's relatively close.  Seems like there may have been some political games being played in order to hire some new blood.  Sometimes a new staff will bring fresh perspective and get some kids out that would've have otherwise... and sometimes the lesson is learned that the former staff actually wasn't all that bad.  Again, I'm speaking hypothetically.  9 out of 10 times (or more) a school isn't in the same situation as the year before except for maybe the names of the  schools on the schedule.  
The schedule, classification, and graduation have more to do with what we're talking about than most other variables.  

Agreed!    Also, you are right:  A lot of people get head coaching jobs for other reasons than  that they deserve it.   Like, for instance, Superintendents not wanting to be over shadowed by a winning HC.  Etc, Etc...

Having a coach who Is not getting paid by the school, and has connections to the reason why the the starting QB and WR moved in for “academic” reasons is the problem. They may have crossed all i’s and dotted all the t’s with the move ins but not with the coach who is making a movie (not a lie) about the whole situation.

I would suggest you visit the Equal Justice Initiative, aka the Hanging Museum, in Montgomery, Alabama. That is a horrible word that white people have forever forfeited the right to use. It's about a days drive and will leave you in tears.
As for black people, some of us have turned it into a word of endearment and others would bury it. I go back and forth on it every day and have educated my children why it's not a good word but I understand why we as a group use it amongst each other. 
I can't call my lady' friends the b word but she can. I have no problem with that.
