andruw jones was bigger, IMO. Palmeiro's was pretty big as well. Also, McGuire went from a hero to an outcast in about 20 minutes.

after losing of 2 of 3 to the yanks, the rangers get a great game from milwood and win the series opener against the bosox 5-1!

i envy you. we're about another 3 or 4 weeks away from getting those mornings where you start sweating at 7 am as you walk to your car in the morning to go to work.

the rangers manned up again tonight. after getting pounded in the bronx last night, i was a little worried how they'd handle it, but the got great pitching all around and won 4-2.

it's a pretty common pattern for him. arrogance and elitism, and then when friendswood loses, a nice piece of humble pie. i've seen in on about 4 different forums at this point. i'll admit ,though, he sure eats the crow with class. now if only he'd learn to win with it.

why? i like all three players, but love none of them. i put them all in the elite class of players in this league, and i would've reacted similarly to any of them doing this. i think the media would have, too.

to me, trading pence would be a big mistake... he has the ability to be a perennial allstar, and is quickly becoming the NEXT face of the franchise.

Why not Berkman? He's actually older than Carlos Lee, and his numbers are crap this year. His power numbers have been on a steady decline the past two seasons as well. even still, the stros would get an insane amount of talent back for him from a team looking for a big bat before the trade deadline.

valid points there, been. i don't know what they'd get for pudge, as he's pretty much an antique, but something's better than nothing, and i doubt he'll resign next year anyway.
