I might would argue it was too much, but he got paid for like 8-9 games that he didn't play while he was waiting for his legal situation to play out, so I'd say he actually made out pretty well in the whole thing.

Anything can happen if you make it to the playoffs. Just have to get there, which we should easily do as long as Romo can play. With Sanchez playing for Philly, I like our odds of winning the division, and we have a good shot at the first round bye, and at least one game with home field advantage.

I want to reform programs that help the poor to ensure that at some point the poor take advantage of the help they're getting and start to help themselves.

i think it's possible that he had a pattern of doing this, and one person coming forward gave others the courage to come forward.  honestly, it would be a hard sell to say things like this about Bill Cosby.  But if several say it, it lends it credence.  But it could be a money grab as well.  it's going to be hard to prove anything this long after it allegedly happened.

two thoughts- 1. this would have to be credit card only. If not, there would no doubt be a few crooked cops out there pulling over everyone in sight and finding ways to scam the system. 2. I wouldn't have a problem with being able to pay on sight, although I probably would not because I'd want to do defensive driving, in which I'd end up having to go through the court and all that anyway.

there's whole websites devoted to women who like write and "date" prisoners. I'll never understand it. I guess they've had trouble finding guys in the real world, and figure these guys will take anything they can get?

I'd also argue that it would be a huge game for both for another reason.  With UT being perceived as a team on the rise, and aTm seeming to be dropping back to the pack a little bit, this game would play a huge role in in-state recruiting.  each coach would love to tell a prospect "yeah, we didn't have the type of year we wanted to have last year, but we did beat that other texas school you're thinking about attending."

you say that now, but there would be just as many Ag fans talking crap after a win as there would be if the horns won.  but it does sound good if you lose... "well, we play in the SEC!  this game was smalltime, and our guys didn't really get up for it after playing all of those quality SEC opponents."

we're catching the giants at a good time.  they've looked really bad lately.

I'd love for the Horns and Ags to face off. especially in what hasn't been a particularly exciting season for either team. The winner of UT/A&M would feel like they'd actually accomplished something.
