Got dizzy reading through this thread

Garbage opponent, but nice to see them do what they're supposed to against them
-
The bad thing is you can do your best, but no matter what laws are in place, there's very little that can be done to stop these mass killings. whether it's an ideological terrorist attack, a mentally ill person, or someone who's just downright evil, there will always be people who slip through the cracks and perpetrate these terrible events. And they'll use whatever weapon is available, be it gun, bomb, or vehicle to do so. What a horrible situation.

Texas is still a QB away. This will be the 4th game the horns have had where their defense played well enough to win against a ranked team, but either poor qb play or dumb qb turnovers have cost them the game.

41-26, PNG. That's my guess. -
Not true! They picked up a football national championship when they moved to the SEC a few years ago. Of course, it was from like 90 years ago, but still. Them actually "winning" it happened when Mack was very much alive.
-
They have three 1-score losses to top-12 teams, two in OT. They're a competent qb away from a top-10 ranking right now. I'm not happy with their record, but I'm very happy with the direction they're headed, especially on defense.
-
That's two games Sam has cost them in OT against highly ranked opponents. I like what he can do with his legs, but they don't have any other running game when he's in. I kinda think they're better off with Buchele and a traditional running game. I'm not sure Sam is that much better than Texas has had the last several years, it's just the team as a whole is and it makes him appear that way.
-
Sam still has a lot of growing to do.

Why is our punt returner still doing dumb things every week? Fair catch at the five?

I mean, y'all did beat lumberton 16-6, but I hear "the refs were bad" or it woulda been a 40 point game. -

Crazy. -
coming from a talented high school kicker from a small high school who got ZERO proper instruction on kicking while I was in high school, this is an incredible opportunity for this kid. Had he stayed in Woodville, he'd most likely be walking on to a D3 team somewhere after he graduates. Where he's at, he'll get great coaching and be set up to go play for a big college somewhere, and possibly even go further than that if things work out for him.

Oh look, Troy, I mean troll, made an appearance.

If they can teach Sam to step up in the pocket to avoid pressure instead of running straight to the sideline and throwing the ball out of bounds he could eventually be a stud. I've been very happy with him so far, but I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say at least 10 times a game he runs straight right or left to avoid pressure, eliminating all options except for forced throws to the one well-covered receiver on which ever side of the field he ends up on. Without this flaw, I think they win both this game and the USC game. That being said, I'm still more excited about him than I've been about a UT quarterback in several years.

Waaaaay too many missed tackles in the first half, but showing some fightback to make it a game at least. For awhile there I thought it was gonna get ugly.

From the article: He did not provide specifics on how he intends to ensure it, but he wrote that it would "include such elements as an in-season platform to promote the work of our players on these core issues." I bet a lot of the protestors lose their enthusiasm for the cause when they have to do work and spend money to make a difference.

Really nice win. Just a thought... perhaps not delaying every running play by a second by showing the qb option with him keeping his hands in there would help the Texas rbs hit the holes a little better. I'm cool with some of the time, but it sure seems like that slows the development of their run plays a lot because they hardly ever run a straight handoff

Kick the fg on 3rd in case there's a bad snap or something

Whoa!
