I don't think that is a good idea. Shut down the behavior, not the business. It's a lawful establishment. Have a police presence there, but don't shut it down. -

So sensitive... 😇 Btw, I think only one other person gave a legitimate answer to your topic. Probably a good barometer of the interest or legitimacy (at this point) of your question. -
That’s an indicator that there’s some adjustments that need to be made in the ranking process for this new playoff format. Thoroughly unimpressed.

I know you’re probably not a lawyer, and neither am I. But I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express recently. What you’re missing to see is that the same rule applies for everyone no matter their socio-economic status. I’ll use your same example structure. Kid from area A (high socioeconomic area) move to area B (non-affluent area) where parents got a job for whatever reason. That affluent child cannot play sports there either. Equal treatment.

Damn. What a shellacking! -
I'm of the weak opinion, (weak, because I only have opinions of coaches to back it up & not facts) that recruiting (a violation) is much less prevalent than athletes transferring on their own to a better suited school for athletic purposes (also a violation). None of it is acceptable to me, but I understand why people do it.
