Silsbee had a move-in from Louisiana three years ago (Kendrick Jones) and he had to sit out a period of time before he could play varsity. He was not able to join the varsity until halfway thru district play in 2009, had to play JV until then.

You have to sit out a period of time before you can participate in varsity sports.
