He would have a starting spot at most of the other teams in the state but not on WOS! But you will see him play im sure!
Most other teams in the state?? C'mon, you are not another Coop in the making are you? ;) ;D
 9.
Yeah,I know what you mean.Start slow or "BRAIN FREEZE" .Who you got in this one? I got WOS winning, 28-14.

How about some suggestions on this site? ;)
If you want a great burger and rings go to the Branding Iron at the hwy. 90 and 146 intersection or Texas Kountry Kitchen (yes, it's really spelled that way) on main street. Can't miss with either of those. Wish I didn't have plans tonite... I'd buy you dinner.
Thanks for the suggestion and the gesture. What about any seafood suggestions?

 14. I will be giving up to the minute LIVE updates of tonight's game between the Mustangs and Trojans. I will keep play-by-play stats and will give as much info as possible. KOGT will be broadcasting this game so while you listen, you can read about it also. If you can't listen to the game, I'll give as much play-by-play as I can.
 15. I will be there in the pressbox with my laptop giving up to the minute updates tonight.
 16. Where's the best place to eat in Dayton? ;D I will be going over to Huffman tonight to cover the WOS/Coldspring game. Thought I would stop along the way to get a bite to eat. Any suggestions? Thanks
 17.

AggiesAreWe;Travis Stewart & Dennis Hall-DCTF both have Dayton Div 11 in the Qtr.finals.Forrest has Hou.Yates-Padilla has El Campo.
Did you forget? We don't count(as SE Texas), or maybe they have just grown accustomed to us being there.  ;D
Yes,my bad, I forgot. I will make the correction.
 18. The scoop from these 4 "experts" about our area teams: 5A Div.I    2 of the 4 have North Shore getting to the regionals, no regionals for WB 5A Div.II   All 4 have none of our teams winning a single game in the playoffs 4A DI  1 of the 4 have Crosby making the regionals, all 4 have Central not making it past Area 4A DII  2 of the 4 have Dayton making the regional finals, only 1 has PNG advancing past 2nd round 3A DI  All 4 have Jasper losing in first round, Silsbee losing in second round 3A DII  3 of the 4 have WOS making it to the regional finals 2A DI  All 4 have Kirbyville losing to Arp in regional finals 2A DII All 4 have Newton losing to Dangerfield in regional finals 1A DI & DII  All 4 have all our local 1A's not winning a single playoff game All 4 "experts" have no team from our area advancing out of Region III
 19.
So where in the heck is Hamshire Fannett playing in a tournament? Please don't say Sabine Pass again.
Ever thought about looking at their schedule which is posted in the schedule thread at the top of the forum? ::)
 20. Contrary to what was just reported on our partner newscast ::), this is not the first time in school history for Silsbee to go into the playoffs as district champion. In fact, Silsbee has been champion several times with the latest in 2004 when the Tigers went undefeated 9-0. Did they not know that before 1982, ONLY the district champions went to the playoffs? Silsbee has been to the playoffs a few times before 1982. C'mon guys, do a little bit better research next time.
 21.
One final post on the poll Aggie. For you personally what would it take for you, no one else, to vote for a lower classification school to be ranked #1 in the poll. I am not argueing, pleding or begging. I would just like to know what it would take to get your vote for any small school (not just Evadale) to be the #1 team over the other 2A and 3A schools? Or in your opinion, could it ever happen?
Who's to say that I haven't been voting Evadale way up in the polls, just others have them so low that it doesn't make a difference? There are 10 of us that vote on these polls. To answer your question, I would vote a 1A very high if I saw significant wins against some quality 1A and 2A schools. In Evadale's case, wins over 3-7 Kountze, 1-9 Deweyville, and 0-8 Legacy doesn't help the cause. If Evadale could have sprinkled some blowout wins in district against Burkville, High Island, and West Hardin, that maybe would have led the pollsters to rank them a bit higher.
 22.
OK Aggie I understand Could I make another suggestion that might be better recieved? I saw the first girls basketball ranking today and they break it up 5A-3 and 2A-Private. I would think that might be a better fit. There are more 1A schools in the area than 5A's so if you added the 3A's to the upper poll it would make for a better dispursion of teams. What are your thoughts on that?
I could see that. But, it is what it is. ;)
 23. Silsbee is the home team for this game.
