Since I broadcast every one of the Tiger football games last year, I just so happen to have their stats from last year. Silsbee rushed the ball 284 times Silsbee passed the ball 249 times I guess the only thing "rare" about them is just how balanced an offense the Tigers are. ;)

It is true English allowed him to play with the summer teams, but he played with the incoming sophomore's who will make up the JV team. English knew he probably would not stay, so he would not allow him to play with the varsity until he registered this fall. What is funny, Coach Daddy did call English just last week to inform him Little Johnny was going to stay and play for Nederland. Last I heard Johnny did not enroll at Nederland. English did not recruit this player or any player for that matter. It will be interesting to follow this young man, for last I knew he couldn't play for Coach Daddy's Houston (varsity) team, cause daddy didn't live in the district he was coaching in.
