BTW SANTA, explain this: [Hidden Content] You stated to a WOS fan that you PLAYED for Silsbee basketball team from 96-98. Care to comment on that? I am quite sure there are more of these type comments from you that we could pick from. BTW, have you lived in different parts of Houston within the last few months? ;) Piece of advise, you need to be more careful of what you post here on the site, it could come back to haunt you. ;D -

I'll be attending my 40th straight state tourney this year. Oh, and HJ is more talented than HF. That may change in the next few years, but as for this year, not close. Also, HF would still lose to HJ with Phil Jackson at the helm. ;)
AAW you must be a Celtic fan! :D
Nope, I always support the local pro franchises. I am a Rockets fan. -

Frankly, I am a little surprised someone with high moral standards would advocate such. As for bluffing, I guess you really never know until the cards are played. I know very little about poker but in the few games I have witnessed, it seems that if you have sufficient staying power(whether it be figuratively or literally), the need to bluff becomes less important.
I know about poker, that's what I do. I am willing to teach you, the hard way. ;) ;D

There are some coaches that have ZER0 knowledge of the human body and how it will respond to workouts. Those coaches do not need to be involved in making and implementing workouts . And I whole heartedly believe lifting weights will not help a kid hit for better avg. But it can help hand speed. Get the kid a tee and get to work to improve batting avg.
I support operation graduation more than you know sleepy. No harm meant. Badsanta loves the graduates! Nice fund raiser. I thought sleepy was selling out the trunk of his car.
Then why were you so quick to criticize the fund raiser? Your first response to this topic was being appalled at the price of the shirts, $15. Then you start in on the quality of the shirts. You know, I am starting to wonder if some folks were right about you being bipolar. -

HJ is much more talented than HF. The talent level is not the same, trust me. Seen both teams numerous times this season, it's not even close. HF is improved from the last few years, but to lay all the teams shortcomings at the coaches feet is just plain stupidity. To suggest he is the reason why HF can't beat HJ or Silsbee is ludicrous. -
Sleepy I don't plan on buying because I won't be at the game. Try getting school colors next time. Maybe those will sell better. Fruit of the Loom grey shirts with iron on logos was so 1993. What, you get those 3 in a pack for 9.99 at Walmart? Yes I'm going off just because you spoke out of line. Why not spray paint.a logo on the shirt they already have on for 6 bucks. Duuurrrrrr! Was Walmart sold out of grey tank tops?
It is for Operation Graduation for both schools. I see $15 dollars going to a good cause, not to buy a T-shirt. To me, the shirt is secondary. BTW, the shirts are of better quality than the Hanes 3 in-a pack T's at WalMart. ;) -

This statement that I copied from the previous post above, says it all: When ur best athletes are one sport guys at my level, the overall athletic program suffers.
And the solution to that issue is ?
Coaches and parents should encourage and not discourage. Small schools have to have multi sport athletes to have a successful athletic program. Example, Silsbee. Some say they are not a small school, but they are 3A. They do well in multiple sports. Yes, they have athletes, but the program encourages them to play multi sports. Look at Silsbee's boys varsity basketball team, 8 of the 12 players played football, but yet are successful on the court.
