[/quote] Not any more. Starting a couple of years ago, UIL is choosing 3 man crews from chapters. Now, crews work the tourney, not individuals. In regards to the question, I know that Kelly, Mike and Booker were to be calling games at the state tourney but I thought it was for the boys, not girls.

ANY high school kid gets 8 semesters to play...WE were hit by that rule when one of my teammates that was actually SKIPPED up a grade from 7th to 9th, wanted that year back, but was told he could only be eligible for 8 semesters. [/quote] All I know is that the Fitzhenry kid appealed to the UIL and played 5 years. Not sure if it's a varsity rule or not.
