Tough road game but Silsbee needs to stop the big plays on defense. I will say, Silsbee doesn't have many offense plays over 40 yards like years past. This isn't a big play offense but they can chop up 5-7 yards and March it down field. Hitchcock 35 Silsbee 26

Learning experience for this young Tiger Secondary. West Brook has improved and could be a playoff team in 5A. Silsbee has a very good freshman running back. They need to get him to the edge and not always between the tackles. This will be the most athletic team Silsbee plays this year I believe. HF is pretty athletic as well..

If Silsbee can stop the breakdowns on defense, I believe they come back and win this game. Missed a great opportunity before the half.

Any stats from the game? Silsbee shut down #10 in the 2nd half. I remember about 5 seasons ago, Nederland scored 21 unanswered points in the the 4th to come back and beat Silsbee 38-35. Silsbee I think has won the last 4 meetings
