[/quote] The speed of the game is a whole lot different on Varsity. I'm not trying to come down on the kid, but he's nowhere near good enough to be playing on varsity right now. He has potential, but he's not ready. I don't think Salter can consistently run the spread. You have to be able to run and pass...he really can't do neither. WO-S is a very talented team I just don't know if this is the right offense to suit their skill set. Just an observation.

With 6 TO's and to only win by 7 points. What else was I going to say. The defense played great but Silsbee shot theirselves in the foot. BC will have to play better on offense to beat WO-S. QB is hurt and I heard the 2nd teamer threw a couple ducks. One an INT in the endzone in the first half.

Against a team like Orangefield who runs the ball 99% of the time, take the points and play good defense.

I'm liking BC with Silsbee's QB hurt.

Jeff knows what works for that team. I just want LC-M to win and it aint looking good.

I thought Menard would play better than his stats indicate. Outside of one big run Silsbee has done a good job on him.

That is more like it. I know Orangefield doesn't pass the ball too well so if WOS can get a lead I feel good about coming out of there with a W.

Agree if you have a decent kicker you take the points there.

If Reed isn't coming back I like BC's chances in the 2nd half.

There has got to be some injuries as the Mustangs have too much talent for this type of offensive preformance.
