Who showed their sensitive side after a loss last year? Yeah, there might be 1 or 2 posters that do that but not the other 99% of Stang fans. Also the reason why its shocking to some when we do lose is because we normally dont lose. When you average 10+ wins a year over a long history, a loss can be a little downer. LOL! Newton week wont be interesting at all. Weve always respected them. Business as usual. The games have always been close over all the years we have played. Nothing new.

Silsbee is obviously built to score in bunches, and I mean bunches.  Tied at 28 until late 3rd qtr with WOS, that speaks on the explosive offense.
They will not always stop their opponent, but like its been said  by the experts, they bend but try not to break. 
When the field narrows their speed and athleticism creates opportunities and Silsbee makes a pretty good point of capitalizing on them.
Most teams will have a VERY difficult time keeping Silsbee under 50 points.  There will be exceptions of course.

Congrats to Coach T and his Team coached his @## off tonight.

It was a very competitive game from what I listened to and Silsbee fans should be thrilled with the way the kids are playing this year after a very disappointing season last year.  And I agree this is a game WOS needed.  They may not have a game closer than 4 or 5 touchdowns in district.  Hopefully Newton will them a game too.

I did not like the outcome of the game. Like I said Silsbee gave WOS all they wanted. I have never disrespected the Mustangs.
I felt like a couple of the Mustang fans were showing Silsbee total disrespect as well as a couple of Tiger fans doing the same thing to y'all.
I pull for the Mustangs when they are not playing Silsbee. Good luck on the rest of the season.

Well, I was wrong about low scoring but right about being close. We need a game like this. Silsbee is a great team. Of course I always root for Silsbee unless they play WOS.i honestly feel WOS will win this because the 4th quarter is the difference with our conditioning but man what a game. This makes both teams better. Silsbee wins their district hands down and will make a run in the playoffs!!

Well, I don't have a smart phone and I left my tablet at home, as well. I'm glad I have shoulders. They kept me from shoving my head up any further.

Tilley rushed 22 times for 356 yards and 4 touchdowns in Hardin-Jefferson's 41-38 win over Kountze on Friday night.
