I've never found the concept of MAGA that difficult to understand. I guess everyone could have an opinion of when America was great, or maybe some people think that America was never great..... I remember a time when folks went to school with shotguns in the back glass of a pick up.....and no one one got shot and no one stole the gun.....and that was in Port Arthur in 1981........ Reagan, I don’t think anyone, including myself, has any idea about the stress and strain there must be upon the president and his advisors to come up with an end result that would satisfy everyone. They have to cast aside all the democrats because they know none of them will agree with anything. Then there are those who cannot be pleased either way. If they attempt to finish the job, they’ll call for his head over lives lost and the costs. If they negotiate, they’ll be accused of bowing to Islam. So, in the end, they have to do what is best for the country. I mean, what is left?

Look, I support Trump when I can - but you can't argue @Porter on gas prices....He's right.... It was higher under Biden for different reasons, but I put non-ethanol gas in my bass boat twice this past weekend and it was much more than $3.79 gallon. I understand why, and I'm all for it, but I am getting a little impatient.

I was told they will most likely promote a current staff member (Turk) to one of the assistant positions and will hire for the other. Silsbee had to let go 3 coaches (1 boys, 2 girls) due to not being certified. District is cracking down on teaching positions that are occupied by "non certified" teachers. They are allowing new hires 2-3 years to get certified. After that, they have to move on. District is trying to maximize their salary dollars. Trying to be more efficient.
