SCOTUS has made a ruling about this case. No more lower court universal injunctions. It has a bearing on birthright citizenship as it only applies to those who brought the suit. It doesn’t block Trump’s EO about negating birthright citizenship. This is HUGE! Sounds like a class action lawsuit will have to be pursued. Very difficult. Makes it ‘seem’ SCOTUS is going back to the original intent of the 14th which applied to former slaves.

One of the comments I read about this issue. Thought it was very appropriate. “Sad what the party of Roosevelt, Truman and JFK has sunk to. Remember "Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country." Now its ask not what I can do for my country. Ask what my country can give me free.” Welcome to the New Democratic Party. They’re reaping what they’ve sown.

Yes. Chinese owned company bought the appliance division right before we bought our new fridge when our old Sears (Whirlpool) bit the dust after 25+ years. Didn’t know it at the time. They kept it pretty quiet & didn’t find out until I needed to use warranty. Still good to have jobs return. But, this one’s not earth shattering. Sounds like they’re just moving back in. Headquarters & manufacturing were always in Kentucky. [Hidden Content] Did hear U.S. & China formalized trade deal yesterday. That’s 👍

GE is multi-faceted. They are into oil and gas too. I did not know China bought the appliance division. I have a GE mini fridge that is 30 years old and still running strong. Keeps my drinks nice and cold.
