Unfortunate for West Brook on such a promising season to start the year. I really thought they would have a great opportunity to finish 2nd in district this year. They were never the same after the OT loss to Lufkin. That was a tough game for both schools that night, a game either team could have easily won.

Definitely more of an impact than private or charter schools in most areas. I don’t think some were aware how much our school systems were having to handle.

I have never seen an unsportsmanlike penalty be awarded with a TD ( sarcasm ) I think the proof is video evidence they obtained the watch...then lied. Can you explain the need to lie with PROOF

When the BC defense is on the field the entire half due their offense going 3 & out every time they get the ball, it directly affects LCM's offensive production.

Correct and Teague has gotten all their players back a couple weeks ago and they were very banged up early this season. If they lose to Diboll then they are out of the playoffs. Which would have EC play Westwood in the first instead of teague

Oh boy. Look here. Has there been any proof that the watch was used by LCM….no dash btw….to gain a competitive edge? 17-0 at half, one of those touchdowns being a blocked punt returned for a score….and 24-16 and EOG….with one of those touchdowns being a beautiful deep ball pass… The 16 points scored by BC were a direct result of 15 yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalties. I have yet to see anyone show PROOF that LCM gained a competitive edge as a result of this. I will be the first to say I hate cheating and if it was proven that LCM cheated to win then do the right thing. But outside of those 16 points, BC did nothing. This was supposedly an offensive watch. How does that affect LCM’s offensive production vs BC’s lack of defensive production and a blocked punt returned for a score?

D11 vs D12 is going to be fun for everyone else to watch lol! Tough draw for both sides. Weiss is not a common 4th place team!

The committee investigated and made their decision. I accept that. This is a black eye on the LCM program even if the HC had no knowledge. While it’s a loss for BC, it’s also costing them a potential district championship. Any ongoing battles would probably be between district administrations rather than football programs. Next year will be a game to watch.

The easy road is cheating😂 If you were playing poker and found out the person winning at the table had cards in their sleeve, would you not want your money? Or would you consider that to be a gift? BC is completely justified in bringing this to light, so would anyone else in a similar situation.

Write in on the whiteboard for 2026 goals and kicks their teeth in next year. Show that band or no band BC wins either way because they were the better team? Thats integrity. And thats the bc coach I know. bc wants a free win. Lcm was wrong.

Have noticed the numbers have dropped across the board. That’s what I was afraid of. All we can hope for is different competition, we were way out of our league.

That is the outcome BC wants bringing this entire situation to light with the officials who were involved. Lcm WAS wrong it sounds like. Bc wants a free win it sounds like... give bc the outcome they want all things considered correctly on here.

The only thing that made sense in this was BC and LCM are focused on two different things. BC is trying to hold LCM accountable and show integrity LCM wants to avoid both.

I do not understand just give BC the win. They had equipment stolen in game that gave LCM a huge advantage for an entire half of a must win game. LCM took the easy road then lied about it.

I do not disagree. Bc still wants a gift otherwise they can handle that after the season in person IMO bc wants the win overturned and everyone to know it because lcm had their band then destroyed the evidence. So... give it to them. Lcm and bc are focused on 2 different things. And there are MANY attributes that point to that.
