I think the Crosby fans are more than sensible enough to understand that. The record isn’t going to be good and there will be those who give a lot of weight to “bad” coaching decisions but 90% of our issue is just going to be personnel, especially in the trenches.

You are picking and choosing which campaign promises he has not yet fulfilled. Inflation is at 3.4%. Not great, not horrible. There is a list of things he has done. No doubt he has increased the deficit, but he has also created income. Has he done enough to save the house? No one knows, as there are too many factors that could happen between now and then. He has admitted and so have some Democrats, that if they take control of the house he will be impeached. There won't be enough votes to remove him, but it will be a huge waste of time and he will not be able to get anything done. So I measure how confident Trump is that he will keep the house based on what he is doing. Right now, it seems Trump is comfortable he will keep the house or at least not loose it by more than a few seats. You only need a simple majority in the house to impeach, and there are a handful of Democrats that would vote no tot hat. So, we will see.

You will still need to post scores in the game threads that will be provided. We will not be using the Bot system that we have used the last few seasons. So for now, no more posting scores with the algorithm that was needed to make it update the game thread title and the scoreboard. We are still trying to work out how we can make the scoreboard automated from folks posting the scores in the individual game threads. That is still a work in progress. At least for the first couple of weeks, the scoreboard may have to be manually updated by one of our site admins or mods. Also, at least for this week, the thread titles for the game threads likely will not show updated scores but just the finals. Please be patient with us as we work to get this as fluid as possible.

They also are playing #10 Waco Robinson the following game after Newton. Tough schedule to the them ready for district play.

DCTF computer picks with spreads should come out sometime later today. It usually comes out on Tuesday's or Wednesdays of game week.

Here's another site as well. As with DCTF, first game is based off last year for the most part. I wouldn't put much stock in either until 4-5 games have been played unless there's just a severe, historical mismatch. [Hidden Content]

I'll be watching the same from the DawgHouse on the 55" surround sound with Mama Dawg. Excited to see the multiple O perform in live action. Wish we could be there in person. But, the Hanks brothers & young people do a fantastic job with the broadcast.

As for our coverage area games go, this is the most Thursday games for Week 1 that we have ever had here. 12 total. At least 3-4 of those were because of official shortage.

It won't matter. Coach Dre will have these boys ready to play. Having 2 extra games last year in the playoffs, the returning kids want to get back there. They won't be looking past any opponent.
