Making any type of agreement with a broadcaster has to be unsettling even after signed. So much technology and other factors causing things to come and go so quick over the past few years. Glad to not be in the position of those folks at the UIL. They will likely get ripped by people for making the deal, but as much as we all love Texas high school sports from a broadcast perspective it can't be a massive money maker. Finding a great and stable provider is likely extremely difficult. Who knows...

In 2025, Victory+ signed a five-year deal to be the exclusive broadcast for the event in a deal brokered by the UIL's marketing arm, Dave Campbell's Texas Football.
