From the Head Coach: Texas football coach Steve Sarkisian said LB Ty'Anthony Smith was dismissed for conduct detrimental to the team. Said, "I didn't like it. It's an unfortunate situation." Very curious as to what happened.

Missed the scrimmage last week for the Flu… then dismissed for detrimental to the team, LB position is now weakest position on the team

I had heard LP had a young receiver to compliment P. Smith. Appears I found the young man. Class of 2030, and he already has offers from Baylor, UTEP, and UTSA. If the Dawgs can find a way to use all their weapons, this could be a very fun year.

We were a double digit dog in 22 and a 3 or 4 point dog in 23. I'll see what it says the day before the game. Those spreads on DCTF team capsules have a habit of changing later in the game-week right before the computer projections come out which can be very much different from the spread on the team capsules.

Smith was pegged to be a starter, but I read where the transfer at his position was outplaying him. To Smith defense he was coming back from an injury. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I see where Jasper's Ty Anthony Smith has left Texas for personal reasons. Anyone know anything here? Pretty late so must be a pretty big issue. Or not.

If money was the motivating factor then cove would have paid to stay 5A for 2 more years. With what I know about the Cove, they embrace any challenge give to them. No excuses, they compete and if they don’t succeed they work hard to get better.

The Freshman fought back after dropping the first set, winning 16-25, 25-21, 25-12 and the JV fell in two sets, 20-25, 20-25. – WOS lost to Anahuac 20-25, 25-15, 25-21, 25-19.

I really thought UIL would have sent Cview to the Clear Lake/Deer Park/Dickinson district and Barbers Hill to our 6A district. To me that would have made more sense.
