You forget, old man, that those changes from UIL didn’t go into effect until today and like I said in my prior comment, I’m sure any moving around happened back between March and May. Swing, and a miss… Not that I’m confident that much of anything will really change after today, regardless of the lip service UIL pays it, we’ll just have to see. It’s a fact, though, that Aug 1 was the start date for those changes.
