  2. 2A DII Region III West Hardin vs. Mt. Enterprise Friday, Nov. 14 7:30pm Abe Martin Stadium, Lufkin
  3. Again, has nothing to do with insider trading. Try and keep up.
  4. As usual, has nothing to do with my post. Maxwell is not an elected official. Try and keep up.
  5. That might be true due to transfers but I think strategy wise he is the man. Not knocking Hickman it’s hard to keep a good group of kids on the prize, and he got thrown in a job with extreme high expectations.
  6. I'll say this, HF is much better now than those 4 years that you mentioned under CT.
  7. I don’t see anyone saying HJ and Liberty are running from competition? I guess it’s only a talking point about the Cards because they’re winning the district. Nobody complaining about getting easy district wins from HJ and Lib. are they? G.B.R.
  8. I don't feel like answering your question. lol
  9. So with CT the last 4 years gave up 32 points to Fannett with a 4-0 wins. Hickman gave up 95 points and is 1-3 against them. Let me guess you’re going to use the cop out and say it was the drop in the talent at WOS.. The point is CT is a better defensive coach.
  10. I’m kidding, of course. But I think we’d have made the playoff almost certainly, and had competitive games with the other playoff teams in the D2 district. I don’t feel like looking back through the snapshot thread. Where are they thinking bc’s numbers will place them at realignment? I read on Smoaky that the unofficial name of the rule that’s gonna eliminate the opt-up is “The BC Rule.” They don’t want smaller teams like us bullying softer teams.
  11. I think they’d finish no worse than second had they hadn’t opted up to face the larger schools. Jasper isn’t very good, I think BC d would have given HF fits. Silsbee tends to crack under pressure, and we’re long overdue to take one back from WOS. No doubt… we’d have ruled that district, too. I guess we’ll never know.
  12. People will get their handouts when the Schumer shutdown is over. Still curious, though, how many of those 42 million on foods stamps can actually work? DOGE needs to find this out! [Hidden Content]
  13. Insider trading, they can -- WE can't. Just like when they exempted themselves from obumercare! How many forgot about that one?! [Hidden Content]
  14. 24-5 BC over HF at the end of the first half
  15. You are right but was defense better those years? Was the HF and Silsbee games close during district? Or did they dominate those games? I think it’s the way WOS plays now that people don’t like. WOS was known for defense and not given up 20 points to Fannett.
  16. 14-2 BC over HF 2:45 left in 1st first half
  17. 6A DI Region III Deer Park at North Shore Friday, Nov. 14 7pm Galena Park ISD Stadium
  18. The jury is still out. DC is the basics here. With the talent we have we should've had the game sealed when we held up 4 fingers. Never should've been a game winning FG with 44 secs left. The decisions we see them make tell us we will not reach that mountain top again. And #4 won that DC and gave all the glory to god. I know its a team game and all that. But u cant deny his impact.
  19. I’m not looking for anything. Community/parent support trickles down into player mentality. Perhaps what was needed from the start was to just be supportive.. and realize that changes that happen overnight take a little time. I'm just calling out the ridiculousness of what is often seen in the coaching world. Win - Hero.. Lose - Idiot.. Never taking into account the vast number of things that influence the outcome of a season. CT made it to the state championship in 2017. Then didn’t get back (or close) in 18.. 19.. 20.. 21.. what happened? Was he a worse coach at the end of his career? Or were there other factors? Bottom line.. the WOS community as a whole was absolutely ridiculous towards this coach at first .. and obviously still (“He overall hasn’t been good enough…is that what you’re looking for?”).. so I’m going to bring this up with every success. And I might be old, but my memory is still strong.
  20. Today
  21. Always a big fan of the purple Indians - well coached and talented team. Sophomore backup is not a QB he will be back at WR next season. Coaches son will be back at the helm along with #.33 freshmen RB . I wasn't completely disappointed in the loss I thought our coach did a great job of game management with a brand new back field. I don't support some of his sideline antics but that's above my paygrade. GO INDIANS !
  22. I'm glad you said it.bcz, this team might be able to go 3 rounds deep at best.alot of ppl think we're just out to get him. They truly don't understand it's still not the mustangs way.the kids are fighting but with better coaching it's sky's the limit with this team.even on the goal line lastnite.bf the fg.HF had all 11 guys in the box and if they would've ran wide the back walks in.its simple things that they call.that will come back to bite them.
