The difference is a US Senate seat is national. Yes, the same pool of voters, but way more outside money, national media attention, dirtier campaigns, dark money, bigger endorsements, bigger campaigns, etc. I would still be shocked if the democrats flipped a senate seat in TEXAS, but the GOP set it up on a tee for the dems to have the best chance.

According to my sources, the two players lost to graduation, were not given scholarships to play college football? I was able to watch them online a few games and both of the RB's were exceptional, but perhaps some of that credit goes to the type of system they are in, with the size of that O-line, no?
