This district is down just like in basketball, Big Sandy will cruise  though district with absolutely no competition what so ever. I can see them
Not playin one 7 inning game, all over in 5.

BS is the only for sure spot everything else is a battle but i think Evadale wins 2nd and WH and SP battle for 3rd, HD is terrible at baseball and lost Chisolm there only talent

I only caught 2 endings of the Evadale - Newton game but what I saw was some good pitching from the Evadale squad and some hitting and base running .

Evadale will top the district again this year and next!

Well it was against Newton...i mean c'mon. I've seen Evadale once this year and they are pretty bad. I watched them get clobbered by a lumberton team that isn't so great either. BS will win district pretty easily..

Evadale beat Newton thats a football school Evadale baseball hasnt been the same since the '12 class graduated! Big Sandy takes first!

Evadale may of lost some stand-out players but this year the are a team of boys that have been playing together since little leauge and Hendrix, from Big Sandy, is gone

Evadale is looking better this year then last year they have some kids that are solid on the mound with a good defence behind them and a catcher that doesnt let anything past so i give evadale 1 bigsandy 2 and  the other teams battle for 3 place

Ive seen Big Sandy play there pitchers been doing very well since hendrix has been gone. Hitting been better and still could be better. I still say Big sandy 1st, Evadale 2nd,  other teams battle it out for 3rd place. BS still has that catcher which i think is the best in district. It's going to be a battle with Evadale and Big Sandy heard both teams have outstanding pitchers lately.

Should be a close game when it happens i havnt seen big sandy play but evadale has seem to cut down on the walks this tear and been makeing teams hit the ball to get on base and the catcher is verry solid in evadale as well and the team has been hitting the ball well

I'm excited to see them play! I expect more from Big Sandy though since they only lost hendrix and 1 senior. Evadale seems to always find a way to get a win and are good enough to challenge Big Sandy.

Yes Barnard BS catcher is back he is a senior this year. BS has been doing well and Also so you people kno Thursday tournament games will be the 1st full team games because for sure the catcher and prob one other starter are coming from basketball....

I predict BS 1st. Evadale 2nd. SP 3rd
