We have not been able to beat WB the past two seasons, when we seemed to be favored both times. Both games were played in the Bulldog Classic. I think the last time we beat them was in 1987... If my facts are right, that's a long time to go without a W.

Hopefully this year will break the 25 year dry spell, but we will have to bring our 'A' game to beat da Brook!

This may be an instance when you're NOT favored. West Brook is good this year.  Not scary good, but better than they usually are.  I have them winning by 7.

I got lots of faith in those players, believe me.. Just what I heard about that HJ game made me wonder where the fight went?

I know Westbrook is no pushover, but Nederland has the talent to beat them pretty well

I have not seen HJ play this year but I have seen West Brook. Very impressed with what I have seen from the Bruins so far this year.

I expect a good, close game, but I see West Brook taking this one.

I think this team plays better when they are the underdogs. I also think he lost to HJ woke them up. The Dawgs will be ready to play on Tuesday.

The rankings are just numbers right now.. Nederland, Ozen, and Central will be probably be ranked in 4A by the end of the season

Nederland started this high by returning everyone and the exposure to voters in high profile Texas AAU tournaments this summer..

But wouldnt you agree that if you arent playing reasonably well throughout most of the game, a great finish may not get the job done?  A great finish would have done HJ no good against Central and a great finish would have done Nederland no good against HJ.
