That's just it, you young people have the historical attention span of a gnat.  SP wasn't all that great either.  19 out of 22 starters were from Hebert the first year they opened up which helped them win state in football.  FP/SP not so much....

Johnny Norwood was a Forest Park guy, you know the All-State DB. Had to say that since he's my cousin. Went on to Alabama and then transferred to U of H and was an All American before being drafted to the NFL. ;D The funny thing is when I was at WB, we were like a family no matter what side of the tracks you were from. It's guys like you that try to make into an issue and stir things up. I too loved Coach Lewis, I think he's an AP at Ozen now.

True, I'll give you that one ;D  What did Central or Ozen do during those years? I don't remember. WB has always had problems winning in the playoffs, I'll give you that one too.
