Forum is going slow so maybe this will pick things up.

Who do you think is the best player to GRADUATE from a local private school in the past 10 years?

Player that come to mind from Kelly: Edward Persia, Mason Moncla, Matt Pace, JB Brown, Taylor Mullenax, Torre Henry

Don't know much about Legacy but i think i remember a pretty good player named Ford not to long ago?

It would help if three of the best players Kelly ever had were on this list. Ryan Zummo and Jude Messina are two of the top 4 scorers in Kelly history. Keenan Simon should also be on this list. He was a phenomenal athlete who earned a scholarship to LSU for track.

The list of choices should look like this:
Edward Persia, Taylor Mullenax, Ryan Zummo, Jude Messina, Keenan Simon, Blake Lognion. These are the best players Kelly has had in the last 10 years.

Brown didn't graduate from Kelly he graduated from Memorial....technicality!  LOL!

Going to cut this answer some slack based on the fact that you probably aren't too familiar with the Kelly program. The Top four are: 1a. Taylor Mullenax 1b. Edward Persia 3. Ryan Zummo 4. Jude Messina

Ed Persia is easily the best to come out of Kelly (not counting Brown as a Kelly graduate)....Mullenax is not even a close second

If you go buy just their high school careers Persia is #1, although Mullenax was a 4 year starter with 3 straight trips to the state championship game. However if you factor in their career beyond high school I think you have to give Mullenax the nod. Taylor had a good career at St. Edwards and really changed his game to being more of a 3 or a stretch 4. He's go on to a nice career playing professional basketball overseas.

    • No chance in hell that this pos is found guilty.
    • After his silly conviction, President Trump has raised over 200 Million dollars!  The people are seeing through it!  Excellent!
    • Let’s see if joe biden’s words about no one is above the law, made after the rigged trial of President Trump, rings true with his po💩son.  Hopefully, but I’m not going to hold my breath, they put the sorry sob in prison.
    • I liked his no bull crap attitude. He was a man of very few words. Extremely strong and freaky athletic!!! As close as possible to being the best offensive lineman to ever play the game. I hope his family finds peace without him!!! RIP #73
    • Chester, a small town in NE Tyler County.  A town that is seeing growth with the addition of a national chain store and a new school being built.  If you travel 287 toward Dallas from the Golden Triangle you have probably passed through Chester.  Things tend to stay pretty consistent and it is your typical small town.   A trip to state is the buzz around town, and the talk before church services begin on Sunday.  This year’s graduating class will number 11.  We don’t have a radio station that covers the Yellowjackets.  We are never a lead story on any of the news stations that broadcast to our community. With all that said, there is a closeness and sense of pride in our community.  Every community rallies behind their kids as they progress into the playoffs.  We are proud of our boys as they have represented our community well and with class. We invite you to follow our boys as they go to state.  We welcome the greater SETX communities as honorary Yellowjackets.  Tune in, watch live or come to Round Rock personally and join us in supporting the Chester Yellowjackets.  Go ‘Jackets!!! ⚾️💜💛⚾️🟣🟡⚾️💜💛⚾️
