Wishful players list for Silsbee next year:

Chris Elam
Jordan Holmes
Kelton Gaines
Danti Wilson
Patrick Reed
Trey Green
Keithan Haynes

2 players on that list are questionable

But if this list happened than you would probably see another district championship and a trip to Austin
And who would be questionable to you?

What will Memorial look like next year? Do they have much coming back?
the freshman guard will be back. got a couple of Jrs coming back but i dont expect much next season from what was told to me. (meaning playoffs yet again but no deep run)
What happened to all of the PA talent that use to dominate SETX year after year after year? (and don't say they transferred to Nederland.)
I miss the days of The Lincoln Bumblebees!  :-\
Them days of bumblebees pride is gone, but IF the 6'8 football/basketball player comes back i think the team can surprise some people.

What a shame... do the kids and has-beens still mix it up at the rec on 9th ave, YMCA and open gyms?? PA was one of the few places where a pick-up game at an open gym might be as good or better than some elite AAU tournaments.
No way you get Trey Green. He lives with his mom in Beaumont. And if moved it would be to go play for his dad in Houston, not Silsbee...Unless Coach Green is taking over the Tigers :D Then u probaly still wouldn't get Trey.

I predict Silsbee and HJ will fill up the gym again a couple of times and play again at Huntsville for a state berth. The Hawks in another down year will probably win 30 again LOL.

What do you mean ' IF"?  With the power and influence you possess, just go ahead and tell him to take the job.

Dove- IF Phil Jackson moves across town from the Lakers to the Clippers, do the Clippers automatically beat the Lakers going forward?

Haynes lives in Silsbee but goes to school in Kountze

I also remember a special player that lived in Silsbee that went to Kountze but wanted to finish in Silsbee and win a state championship in 3A but the Kountze coach cried and told UIL so he had to go back to Kountze
hint: that was in 2005  ;D

You say 2 others  :D :D  I see Holmes maybe going back to Kountze but not anybody else

Yea well guess he got those state titles he wanted:) Considering Kountze won 3A in 04 and 2A in 05 and Silsbee didn't Win one;)

The funny thing is that for Kountze to win state they have to use kids that live in Silsbee  :D
Okay, I remember a certain time in 2010, the HF Senior Little Dribblers met the P.A. Seniors (in 8th & 9Th grade now) at Edison  Middle. HF walked in the gym and you could tell the P.A. players had this look like they wanted to laugh at the chumps walking in the gym. To make a long story short, P.A. decided to start a running clock in the second half to hurry up and get the game over because HF would have fouled out all their "top" players and won the game.  HF was wearing that butt out *ouch!*

In other words, HF could beat PA's 9th graders with our group of 8th and  9 th graders with a certain coach I know from HF ;)
