Silsbee shouldn't cry to much... Tigers went through Yates to be 17 & 18 State Champs! Also hearing Silsbee fixing to reload with home grown talent to face them Jack Yates all-star recruits again *Hold them to under 100 Tigers*

If Silsbee can make it to regional finals vs Yates... Wonder if they can just add (3) players maybe Jordyn Adams, kalon barnes and Tre Grubbs to the roster? Seems that this might be OK since Yates recruited a plethora of talent to aid in this 2020 playoff run. If not, we can just jump up & down once the current Silsbee squad with (0) transfers holds Yates under 100 and breaks this glorified streak. 😁

So the talk is that some Legacy players are going to Silsbee & a few HJ players going to Kelly?

Saladin MVP - I have no issues with that Silsbee had so much talent on that team that it would be hard to give one player the MVP HJ on the other hand had trouble down the stretch with certain guy or guys missing from the line-up Bottom line was It was easy for Saladin to shine & show why he is the district MVP

I guess the answer to that was NO It’s ok HJ to only have success @ the High School level

[/quote] Keithan Haynes plays for Kountze... and I see two others that might be lions before next season [/quote] Haynes lives in Silsbee but goes to school in Kountze I also remember a special player that lived in Silsbee that went to Kountze but wanted to finish in Silsbee and win a state championship in 3A but the Kountze coach cried and told UIL so he had to go back to Kountze hint: that was in 2005  ;D You say 2 others  :D :D  I see Holmes maybe going back to Kountze but not anybody else

Good Luck to HJ in the play-offs HJ will have a tuff road to SHSU with: Stafford, #3 Cleveland & # 10 Mexia in their bracket But hopefully they pull it off and we can see another 21-3A showdown @ SHSU

Why is it that Stafford is not state ranked ??? They seem to have a very good team and they went to state last year
