I wouldn't call throwing just 26 times, pass happy. WOS threw 24 times last night against Vidor.

Pass happy IMO is throwing 80% or more. Gilmer passed about 60% in this game.

I have a feeling that WOS or Silsbee (because there is a good chance they will be "big school") will end up running into Gilmer in the playoffs and they are going to be a tough customer. Pass happy or not.

What gilmer does is let the passing game open up the run. When a team knows you can and will throw the ball, it makes them respect and have to prepare for both which allows you to pop off some good runs on them. In my opinion, it's the best way to play offense. 50-50 is about where you should be. Of course, I love the spread.  ;D
