Yea , the smart money is on Hardin's  Mitchell Villamez this kid has all the tools. At  6ft 3 and 210 he's not just a load to bring down but has good speed and if you've seen him run, this kid initiates all the contact, and only runs out of bounds when he absolutely has to. And that rushing total was over 1500 for last year.  also look for the jarod howard from Kountz.

Jakkarri Delasbour freshman 2008 at Dayton.Limited carries this year-watch for him to be a force in 2009.Got some carries in the playoffs.Best 9th grader I have seen at Broncoland.

The fact that a 9th grader actually made the varsity in Dayton says a lot.

I think mike dugat was the best 9th grader IMO.... He got a ton of carries though and jakari didn't so there is really no way to know. I have a feeling jakarai will be pretty special.

It's kinda hard to say who'll be the best back next year at Central b/c with our Offense they do a good jobs of spreading the wealth...we had 4 ball carriers, I believe, with at least 500yds rushing each!  In most systems you have one good back...well I'ma say Central has a few...Nijel Daw, Roach, and watch out for Jacoby Collier...whether it's at RB or FB...he'll be a load!

anthony beard if he gets carries..

if not, watch out for ryan asher

Y'all need to leave Beard on D and let him wreck!...He could help on O, but he's one of the two Best MLB returning along side of Central's Will Jones

he'll play mostly defense.. thats where we'll need him most

Shayne Pitman, Vidor...

I hope that he has a good year. He is one tough kid. Of course last year he was part of a three-headed monster with Peevey and Reynolds. Sometimes Dart. So, not as much pressure on him last season.

But I think Shayne will do very well. He has a good head on his shoulders. If anybody can handle pressure, it would be him.
