It’s never been an even playing field but apparently the UIL doesn’t care I think it should at least be you have to play one division up. LHJJ05 1 Quote

PNG4LIFE91 Posted 10 hours ago Report Posted 10 hours ago SOC’s not invincible, eventually ALL Goliaths fall, Empires crumble, and Dynasties end. The only question is…when is it gonna be your turn? Tik Tok SOC 😉 Quote
outanup Posted 1 hour ago Report Posted 1 hour ago Injun or any other ISD can go open enrollment too. Or even play up a division. Don't hate the player, hate the game. Austin1985, CS. and Mr. Buddy Garrity 2 1 Quote
Lamar1996 Posted 43 minutes ago Report Posted 43 minutes ago I don't believe SOC is open enrollment. They just have people/families move into the district lines is what I have been told by Coach Todd. We all call it recruiting and that very much is what is taking place, but they found the loop hole and are obeying the UIL rules for now. Quote
Mr. Buddy Garrity Posted 39 minutes ago Report Posted 39 minutes ago So ppl just moving in droves to the hood? Yall do know about Oak Cliff right? Not the team, the area. And there's 3 High schools that share that Oak Cliff talent. Quote

State Fair has been trying to figure out how to leave that area. Just too much history there along with Cotton Bowl to pull up stakes. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote
outanup Posted 21 minutes ago Report Posted 21 minutes ago Yes, South Oak Cliff High School in Dallas, TX has an open enrollment option, as it is an open enrollment high school within the Dallas Independent School District (DISD). While it serves its local neighborhood, students from other areas can apply to attend through the district's Public School Choice program. To enroll, parents can follow the DISD application process, which may require getting approval for students from outside the local zone. CS. 1 Quote
