Hardin vs Hitchcock Friday Nov 21 at La Porte - Area Round

What are your thoughts on this one?  I haven't had the chance to watch Hardin since earlier in the year, but I have been keeping up along the way.  I believe the vast majority of people believe Hitchcock is the favorite, but can Hardin pull off an Area Round win?  Something they've never done before according to some of my friends in Hornet Land.

Hitchcock defense will be up to the challenge. Tough draw for Hardin but this is the true test of the year so far for Hardin

If I wasn’t going to be at the Orangefield and Franklin Game. This would be the game I’d choose to go watch. I think it’s going to be a really good game. If it’s on NFHS I will have it on my phone at the game. I believe Hardin can do it but I agree this will be there biggest test so far. The strength on that frontline line of Hitchcock will come in to play. Hardin may have to dig a little deeper in the play book this game. But I’m pulling for Hornets.

Orangefield/Franklin game is Thursday night.

Hardin/Hitchcock is Friday night.

I am fascinated by this game....Hitchcock's defense is good enough to hold up....but they are very average on offense....this is not going to be game for the faint of heart

I hope Chad Taylor and Crew can pull it off, going to be rooting for him and the Hornets of Hardin! Hopefully they can replace the State Championship banner of 7-on-7,  with a UIL State Championship trophy.

Extremely tall task.. that gets continually taller should they get past Hitchcock.

If Hardin has a 7on7 state championship banner then I'm interested where and when they won it..because they've never won the Texas State 7on7 Championship

I do not know of any 7on7 state title for Hardin.
