This is a hard one to pick.  Silsbee has the edge on coaching and experience.  WB has the advantage in speed and talent.  Game is at Doggett would probably be the edge for WB.  I see it as 24-21 Brook.

Leaning towards attending this one. Either this one, United at Jasper or Buna at Kountze.

If I go to this one, definitely will be eating at Papadeaux's and sitting in press box and not standing on sidelines. BISD always has me my reserved spot in press box.

But Buna at Kountze can have me at Mama Jack's and all you can eat seafood buffet.

This looks like the best game in the triangle. Pregame meal and after party is always better in Beaumont too

This one will be a One possession game imo… leaning more to the WB side on it but could go either way.

Just an honest question. How does it help BWB to play 4A DII Silsbee or 4A DI Lumberton football teams in non-district? I mean Silsbee might be a real good #10 4A DII team, but I could never see Lufkin, PAM or BH playing those classification teams. DCTF has Silsbee a 3 point favorite.  Again, just asking. I mean Lufkin only plays 5A DII Nacogdoches out of tradition only and that game is rarely close.  Maybe these are also traditional games for BWB from way back, I do not know the history there.

This will be only the 4th meeting between Silsbee and West Brook. Silsbee currently leads the series 2-1.

Last year was the first time WB has ever played Lumberton.

Nothing traditional about any of these matchups.

After going 1-9 and 0-10, let's just say the coaching staff was looking for more wins to give the team some confidence.

I get what you are saying. WB is 5A DI (and that is only two years, was 6A 3 years ago). I look for WB to schedule a little better next realignment.

You live way too close to Mama Jack's to need a football game to get you over there to eat.
