Friday Night Scoreboard Show

As most of you know Bally is not doing a Friday night scoreboard show any longer.
But there will still be a scoreboard show every Friday night at 10:30pm as Dave Campbell's presents Texas Football Tonight with Greg Tepper and Ashley Pickle

It'll be FREE streaming on all platforms YouTube, Twitter, Facebook & on TexanLive!!

We have kicked around the idea of bringing back our local audio version of a Friday night scoreboard show. Used to have a call in with it as well.

It would require me staying home on Friday nights or leaving at halftime of games.

What about the shows during the week at like hamburger depot and etc anything about bringing that back?

Somewhat. Those were mine and Todd's baby. We did everything to make those happen.

With Todd gone and me getting too old and lazy, one of our other broadcasters would need to take the bull by it's horns and produce it. 

I might could make an appearance or two to sub in, but I don't want to be the main man and be responsible for the show.

Also, our connection with Hamburger Depot is no longer the owner of the franchise. Would likely need another venue to host.

Just don't miss having to produce it every week.

I've been saying for the last couple of years, if all I had to do is show up, put a headset on, do my thing while others produce it (bring equipment, set up, break down, etc.) then I would still be doing play by for games and do the show.

So far, nobody has offered. LOL

This hits home....the random fan just doesnt realize all that goes into doing some of those remote shows etc...a lot of moving parts, you need a certain level of expertise and you need people willing to do grunt work to make it come together...podcasts are a way simplier medium w/less moving parts

Man, this is great news. My boys and I love turning the scoreboard show on every Friday night and getting the info from around the state. Thank you, guys, for what you do! It is greatly appreciated.

I want to be commentator again for baseball!  Let's bring that back! 

I can ask my buddy if we can use his studio for the Friday night lights cast if this is getting serious .
