Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff

Our top military man, Gen. Mark Milley, told Congress in February, in a closed door meeting, that if Russia launches a full scale invasion (which they did) that Kyiv could fall within 72 hours.  Here we are two weeks later and it still hasn’t fallen.  This guy is suppose to be the pinnacle of a military mind.  One thing we know, he knows how to ram Woke down the throat of our troops.  He knows how to drag morale down to nothing.  Now we know that he doesn’t know 💩 about Russia. Again, scary stuff.  We need a MacArthur, Nimitz or a Patton.  Surely Milley is not the best we have.

  • Hagar changed the title to Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff

I wonder, was Milley thinking the Ukraine was being defended by woke (I don’t know which gender I am) troops?  Does he even know which gender he is?  I was a Specialist (E-4) in the military (refused OCS).  That’s very low on the military scale.  To think that I might make a better JCS than him tells you how inept he is.

I liked Schwarzkopf. Tuned him in almost every day during the Gulf war. He is missed.

I don’t think that was a “full scale invasion”.

The term, “full scale invasion” I’d think is relative.  I’ve seen several headlines/links referring to it as “Full scale invasion”.  The one I’ve attached here calls it “a large scale invasion”.  I’d guess the terms are not only based on the number in the attacking force, but the number of defenders as well.  Oh, and let’s not forget number of tanks, but I’m guessing.

I am not criticizing your comment but “headlines” are usually clickbait and/or sensationalism.

I’m sure it looks full scale if you’re on the receiving end of it.

I’m not sure why it’s still being discussed whether or not putin is guilty of war crimes.

Fortunately it’s not their call.

Unfortunately (I think) the victim country has to be a signatory of the ICC Rome agreement.  Ukraine has never signed nor ratified the Rome accords.

In all honesty, Biden appears scared of Putin.  I can think of one good reason why.  When someone buys you, there will inevitably be a “payback” time.  Many of us agree Hunter & Joe have gotten Russian money, so Joe has to give in or Vladimir will spill the beans.  That’s what you get when you elect a man bought & paid for.

He is absolutely afraid of Putin.  And, he is bringing America down with his weaknesses.

Totally agree about Payton and McArthur. The world would be a better place had we followed their lead.

    • He actually had a pretty solid year for a sophomore starting in that district. I can assure you, it hasn't hurt his recruiting at all and that will only improve with the move back to the Wack.
    • If Crumedy eventually has bigger aspirations than being in Jasper, every aspect of the program will be looked at when someone interviews him for any job. He knows that. The mindset needs to be that any time someone wears a Jasper uniform, that they're doing everything they possibly can to win. It matters.
    • This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up It's a poll but I could definitely see this as realistic.   From the article: Catholics in the United States have swung dramatically against President Biden in recent years, now boasting a significant statistical break towards his GOP challenger. Pew Research released on Apr. 30 a report exploring support for presidential candidates sorted by religious affiliation. The poll found that 55% of Catholics support or lean towards supporting former President Donald Trump in a head-to-head against Biden. Conversely, only 45% of Catholics support Biden in the same one-on-one pairing. The 12% margin of support in favor of Trump marks a significant shift from 2020, when he held an extremely narrow lead — 50% to 49%. Biden currently leads among Hispanic Catholics with a narrow 49%-47% split, but the close contest marks a major shift rightward for the demographic. In 2020, a similar poll from Pew Research found Hispanic Catholics preferred Biden to Trump with a staggering 67%-26% split.
    • You said a lot there. Truthfully, that is the root of the issue. Who cares what a kid thinks about how coaches are running a program? Kids play, coaches coach. For some reason, parents have this backward in a lot of places and its wreaking havoc.
    • He's already stated he's a huge Clinton fan.
