Has there been no talk of Barbers Hill/New Caney Porter moving their game up? We could have this whole thing settled going into tomorrow if they did.

there was on another thread.  Although no specific conversation between the schools were referenced, the fan bases seemed to think that NCP wouldn't move it. It gives them a big advantage because BH throws the ball so much.

Ahhh that makes a lot of sense. Good on the Spartans.

Heck of a season, it's always fun going back and reading the comments and predictions from way back in February. A wild season to say the least, don't think many people had Crosby finishing 4th but this district was much more competitive than many expected. Now it's time to take care of business in the playoffs. I'm hoping at least a split in bi-district play but anything better would be great. Good luck to everyone in the playoffs. This is when things really get fun!

Crosby get's the unassailable Lobos we can't win it's an impossible game why even play it.

As we know BH was sitting in this spot last year. Not only did we do the unthinkable, but we dominated FBM. Anything is possible but the main difference this season is moving up a division, so the Lobos aren’t FBM. Good luck to the Coogs , Titians and Panthers next week …give’em hell😎

Oh come on. You know we haven't played anyone. 7-5A is so bad. Y'all's district rules all. Crosby is fully healthy and ready to take over 5A Division One like we all knew they would at the start of the season.

Driving up to overrated Longview? Easy, easy work for the Cougars.

When realignment took place, the eyes of the whole state immeadiatly fell on the Crosby - Longview matchup of elites that would inevitalbly happen, with the winner on track to celebrate at AT&T in late December. The whole State is now holding its collective breath, and will be watching this premier game with great interest. What happens when an unstoppable force from the south meets an immovable object from the north? The whole HS football world awaits!

O no top to bottom best district in HS Football I mean what chance do any of us really have. PAM is our only hope maybe they can beat the 4 seed if we get really lucky. We are just a bunch of tiny 5AD2 schools that can't play with the big boys. I mean Crosby is literally the smallest school in all of 5AD1.

They may be the smallest school but the difference in 5AD1 is only about 300 students from top to bottom.  And you guys already beat two teams bigger than Longview.  So "tiny" Crosby can play with the big boys. 🙃

Timberview may be ranked #2 but they had trouble with Frisco Heritage.  It will be interesting their running game against the BH front 7.

Hopefully, we show up and play lights out. Not too sure on teams they’ve played, but to be undefeated, you must be decent. I don’t go by rankings much.
