If PNG wins, they are 6-2 in district , Ned would be 4-4 in district and Central would be 5-3.   PNG  (2nd place , head to vs Vidor) and Central (4th place) would be in , Ned would be out .

 

So after a long answer to a short question , yes that would be true.

 

I think the honest conclusion to all this is.......... PNG wins vs Central and Ozen... Nederland wins out... PAM goes undefeated... So that puts PAM #1 seed. Vidor #2 seed. PN-G #3 seed. Nederland #4 seed..

PNG would be #2 and Vidor #3 since PNG has head to head vs Vidor.

why doesn't head to head count? if we beat pam and ned beats png..wouldn't that give us the dc all to ourself?

Last year, Ned beat us, but we still shared the DC with them. No head to head with DC

Max Preps has us at #51 in the state right behind Calallen! I work with a kid who played linebacker for Calallen in the early 2000s. I called them the nederville of Corpus Christi. He got a kick outta that. So you're saying there's a chance....

DIv II 1 & 2 seed are still up for grabs in 21-5A.. If BH wins out and NC beats Crosby...BH will be the DIV II #1 seed. basically 21-5A seeding could still be up in the air until the last week. We will learn more tonight

Ok one of you stat machines from 22-5A lay it out for us  on 21-5A I think it goes like this.

NC - If they beat Porter Friday  they are the DIV 1, 1 seed. If not they are the DIV1 2 seed

Porter - If they beat NC Friday they are  DIV 1, 1 seed. If not they are the DIV1 2 seed

Crosby - If they win 1 of the next 2 games they will be DIV II 1 seed. or if BH loses to Porter then Crosby is DIV II 1 seed. if not Crosby goes DIV II 2 seed.

BH -  If BH beats Porter and Crosby drops its last 2 then BH will be DIV II 1 seed. If not BH goes DIV II 2 seed.

 

Doubt Crosby will drop the last two so, DIV I seeding is the only one left to be decided in 21-5A.
