Obviously if they could have gotten a better player from east Texas, they would have signed him providing he met their need and criteria. If a team recruiting thinks a player cannot keep up his grades, or has lazy work ethics, or will not fit into their locker room, then he goes down on the list. Of course they do not know as much about recruiting as we at SETX know.

SFA recently fired J.C. Harper last season. He was there for 7 seasons. New coach brought in a whole new staff.

The new coach has done well...they made the playoffs this past year

You have to be more then just "good at your school" in order to get an offer.

The new coach did well. He made the playoffs last year. And who recruited those kids? The previous coach. So I guess Harper doesn't get any credit for that since he himself got axed!
