Just got word B. Edelmon's son had some post op complication and is back in the hospital...not sure if the prognosis but I'm sure they could use some prayers!

Prayers for the young Edelmon.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. He actually had another surgery Friday night to remove the mesh. They are leaving the wound completely open to heal from the inside out. When they pull the gause out to change it, they have to give him morphine because the pain is so severe... That happens 2 times per day. Dr. checked him today and they are going to have to go back in tonignt to clean the would because the infection is still present. He is having a rough go of it, and they are saying he will be there at least till next weekend... Thanks again for the prayers, he needs them...

Look forward to hearing about HJ beating some people this year! Good to all you good people in Sour Lake. Been a while since you have had back to back winning seasons. I dont think the expectations have been this high for the football team in 20 plus years. B,. Edelmon please keep us posted on your sons health. We are praying for you all.

Got a good report today. Dr. said he is stable and the antibiotics are working. May be able to bring him home as early as Friday.... He actually got up and walked down the hallway this morning with his dear ol dad... Thank you all for the well wishes, he is not out of the woods yet but two days of good reports after 5 days of bad news is awesome...

He actually got up and walked down the hallway this morning with his dear ol dad... Thank you all for the well wishes, he is not out of the woods yet but two days of good reports after 5 days of bad news is awesome...

1st off, thank you so much for the thoughts and prayers, my son was up and walking around today. Dr said he will come home Monday and a slight chance by the weekend... Might even be ready to play by district... Now, where is the "Hawk Nation" you ask????? They are here..... Watching and waiting..... Big BIG year for the HAWKS!!!! West Orange who? Who is Jasper? Dude, we fitna light this board up....... In due time..... We are letting all you professional "predictors" have your little fun.....  Then it will be game time..... Im letting you know now, we will take no prisoners..... We're gonna kill'em all, and let the LORD sort'em out.... The Hawk "D" is gonna be stingy..... The offense is gonna be methodic and calculating..... So keep sippin on your "Hate-orade".... Enjoy the silence.....You will hear from us soon enough.... And its not going to be pleasant..... Thanks again for the well wishes... My family deeply appreciates it...
