biaplayer
Port Arthur has put some players in the NFL and would in my opinion be ranked up there with anyone else for that matter as far as Numbers in the NFL just guessing. Not to mention putting players in D1. Kenny Harrison is about as good as they come at getting his kids free educations. I agree. If you look at the last 50 years PA has to be one of the top areas in Texas for NFL players. Not talking about first round draft picks but just nfl players. mighymouse490
mighymouse490
shanderrick had more moves, but jammal was/is faster. as an alumni of lincoln (c/o93), the year shanderrick started playing varsity, lincoln was good from that point on. mind you, he started as a freshman and dick williams knew what he was doing. hell even beat wo-s and sent them home for the playoffs!! biaplayer makes a good point. shan playing in 4a fit him. in 5a, i don't think he would have had the same success due to he was smaller in height than his brother. for those of you who don't know the charles brothers are cousins of one hell of an athlete that was a man among boys, terry miller. for those of you my age, you know what he was about. i totally forgot about eric alexander and yes, he was a very good player!!!
