Warren has produced some talent in the past years but coaches are difficult to keep more than two years because warren is a stepping stone and a resume builder for those entering the coaching profession. I knew he would leave dville....because they lost so much and got into a nightmare of a district. But Warren won't any better. Coaching suicide if you ask me. And by "more to work with", he means there are more students and more players in the program. And I will be the first to tell you that Warren has some talent in their 9th grade group that this district should be ready for if their new coach can develop it.
