No question that the young man is AN ATHLETE!  Maybe a bit undersized for a college LB, maybe not possessing all the
skills of a college QB - but he can play IN SOME POSITION SOMEWHERE.  I'd have him on my squad anytime because he's not a specialist; he's just a PLAYER.  Wishing you good fortune in college young Mr. Quirante.  And remember, college is for the education that you will use after college. 8)

[/quote]If true, his HC and all his supporters let him down. SMH. Kid is an athlete with natural instinct. Get his highlight film out there! Surely he took the SAT or ACT. Lamar could use him on the field, along with Sam Houston and SFA.

He may do well to walk on at a smaller school and find a position where he can thrive.  Hopefully he'll get an opportunity to showcase his talents at McNeese and be seen by a bigger program.  Kids move around these days.  There's only so many positions available at the major schools. It seems like a kid's size goes a long way in recruiting.  Guys who don't fit the mold usually have to go the extra mile to prove themselves.

I guess that's why he put up 22 carries for 177 yds  (8 yds a tote ) and 3 tds rushing on SC... Because he would be a backup...

FYI he attended [b]one[/b] camp first week of April. He also had D1 offers before that camp.

      He screwed himself when he started blowing up planes, government buildings and killing judges.  Becoming a politician is not what did him in. And the DEA was a big part of what ended his reign and it had nothing to do with politics, wasn't swaying the conversation at all, just pointing out facts.
