To me that is a separate issue and I don't disagree with you. But, 6 months ago if I bet you $500.00 my 4 year old could breach the security of a gorilla habitat at the Zoo, would you of took that bet?

What I find telling is how many Democrats are concerned about Trump being President. If he is as horrible as you say he is, the American people will not vote for him. If he is truly the Republican nominee(which looks like he is), that should be an instant win for Hillary. You guys should stay quite and let him run......... But, that does not seem to be the case..........

Well, it appears nothing has changed in this forum.......lol So, my take...... If I personally were building a gorilla habitat at a zoo, there would be some minimum standards. 1. Large enough and the environment is as close to their natural habitat as possible. 2. Secure enough to keep the Gorillas contained. 3. Secure enough to keep adults out, let alone a hyper 4 year old child. Those of us that have raised kids know they sometimes dart off and you loose sight of them. I consider myself an excellent parent(pride myself on it) and when Trent was young he got away from me at Wal-Mart. It happens and that is exactly why there were no charges against the Mother. I work at a Bank and I promise you a 4 year old could not walk in the safe.

When I watched it I really thought nothing about it.....but i had not seen or payed attention to the video. Some feel it was anti-cop which happens to be the flavor of the year. In the video she starts on a cop car that is in a flood (Katrina reference?)...then on a wall there is writing "stop killing us" I think she was sending a message.....which she has every right.... I just think it was the wrong venue.

I personally think that is going to be hard to prove. He said/She said a looonnnggg time ago.

Surprised no talk about this. She went from not guilty to guilty,,,,, Plea bargain maybe?? I do think she gave information to save her butt!! In other news.......Calvin Walker is not doing well either.....lost the change of venue and a few other thinks he tried.....

It is kind of funny.....I can come back after a couple weeks and it's like I never left......lol If you look at stats, you have a better chance of being killed in a car accident than killed by a terrorist. While that may be true, I would rather take my chances behind the wheel than not start screening VERY HARD non-citizens that come in the U.S. As for Buddy's comment you have a better chance of getting killed by a U.S Citizen.....while true, there were 14,249 murders in 2014. Do we wait until we exceed that number in non-citizen terrorist attacks before we do something? There is no easy answer......but I am not against restricting who comes into this country. There are millions here illegally and we cannot agree on what to do. This is getting pretty bad folks.......we need to figure something out pretty quick!

OK......from that video it appears the cop is correctly charged and made a huge and costly mistake. However, If that dude would of tried to stare me down like that, I would have B*TC*H slapped him and took the simple assault charge..... I have a lot of respect for that officer.

and what a teachable moment for my 14 year old. He watched it on the news and when he heard 99 years he was like WOW! I said yea, if you were caught with that stuff right now, that would be a life sentence for you.....and you're 14.......Just say NO son, just say NO!

She can get from 5-99 years......... Hey TVC....what is a likely sentence for a first timer like she is? Is that something you can guess at?
