RANGERS drop another series after last nights 11-4 loss to the phillies. Pitching was bad again and the defense made 4 errors. How does a major league team make 4 errors in one game?
On a positive note Dane Dunning came back from the IL and gave up 5 runs in 3.1 innings.

May 20:
The RANGERS have lost 3 series in a row (rockies, cleveland, angels) and are sitting at 24-24.
As of right now they are a team that can't get out of their own way.  Starting pitching is good but the bullpen blows it.  Starting pitching sucks but bullpen is good. Defense is sloppy, especially the outfield play.  Offense has scored 21 runs in the last 9 games.  That's 2.3 runs per game.  Can't buy a hit with runners in scoring position. 
The injured list is long and not sure how soon the help will come.

The RANGERS took 3 out of 4 games to win the series with oakland.  I don't what's in the air at the coliseum but there were 65 total runs scored in those 4 games.  The boys of summer get a day off then head to colorado for a 3 game set. 
As of May 9 the RANGERS hold a 1 game lead over seattle in the standings.

Oakland was a launching pad today. 23 total runs on 26 hits. The RANGERS put up 10 in the 2nd inning. 

As far as younger generations. It is what is being taught to them.  Education is fundamentally changing things for the worse.  It’s actually very smart for those that are gaining from this personally…..dumb as far as the overall future.  And then we have some that would say we still have to reach across the aisle and compromise…….compromise is how we got to this point……so nope no more reaching across….no more compromising. Done with that.

Jack Leiter is getting called up and will make his MLB debut Thursday.
