The COWBOYS are the greatest sports franchise in the world. Every coach, GM, player, equipment guy is intrigued by working for the COWBOYS. Most never get the opportunity. Those that do usually, not always, take the opportunity. Coach Parcells is on record saying he loved working for Jerry Jones. He gave up the job because he was at the end of his career and didn’t want to spend the time going through another season. The only coach that ever had a problem with Jerry Jones was Jimmy Johnson. Jerry and Jimmy were awesome together for 4 years. Something happened during year 5. They moved on from each other. I don’t know who the COWBOYS end up with but I sure hope it’s someone proven and not a young college guy!!!

Zero chance Kellen Moore gets the job. I don’t know who gets it, but I sure hope it’s not a college guy.

I see it now. New phone with a different screen. I didn’t move down far enough. That’s going to be a tough district to win.
-
Maybe I missed it but didn’t see Orangefield in the district or anywhere for that matter. Thought they were moving back to 4A.

I agree with you. I just hate how the “game changing” penalties are defensive related. Take pass interference for example. Defensive PI is a spot foul. It could be a 5 yard penalty, a 40 yard penalty or even a 90 yard penalty, and either way it’s a 1st down. That’s a game changer!!! 3rd and long, just throw it up, you may get a PI and a 1st down. Offensive PI is simply a 15 yard penalty, that’s it. and the offense gets to replay the down. Why does PI hurt the defensive more than the offense? How about make offensive PI a spot foul as well. If the offensive PI takes place 30 yards from the line of scrimmage, make it a 30 yard penalty.

Really don’t understand the article, or the point of posting it here other than trying to be racist. Lebron James and Jennifer Lopez don’t care about poor or middle class people either. Rich people are rich and hang out with rich people and have rich people problems. Middle class and poor people are the same way. What does money have to do with color. Remember, money is green. Not black, brown or white.

Defensive holding being an automatic 1st down. I hate this rule!!! It could be 3rd and 7, 4th and 30 or any other down and distance. “defensive holding, 5 yard penalty, automatic 1st down” Why? Why is a 5 yard penalty an automatic 1st? Why is defensive holding a game changing penalty but offensive holding is not? To be fair offensive holding should be an automatic 4th down. Cant stand the rule. My rant is over. Let me know what you think.

My question... Is the Aggie defense that bad? Is the tiger offense that good? or is a little of both?

Zabcikville is known for Green's Sausage House, the only remaining open business in town, that serves as a restaurant and a store for residents and people passing through.

Maybe I shouldn't have said, "their own version". I just meant that each coach has a little something different when they run the slot-t. Some slot-t teams are based around the power (234/236) while some slot-t coaches prefer to base their offense off of the buck sweeps.(328/ 349, 8 hole-reverse) Some slot-t coaches come to the line and make checks based on the defense. (usually trap checks) One thing I noticed about Lumberton that is different from other schools is they get out of the huddle and to the line in a hurry. They snap the ball before defenses can get lined up. I've seen most of the area schools that run the slot-t and they all have had success with "their own versions". As far a being a Romo fan, I can't change that. Thought he was a very good QB. Just wish the COWBOYS could have had a few decent defenses during his time. He takes a lot of crap about not winning "big games", but in most of those "big games" he would put the COWBOYS in a position to win just to have the defense lose the lead.

😂🤣😁👌 Physical Atmosphere had this response to my earlier post. Did I make an incorrect statement or something? Not sure what he is trying to say.

I've seen both, Lumberton and Livingston play this year. Very impressed with how much Livingston has improved since last season. Also, impressed with Lumberton and their version of the slot-t. I see Lumberton winning this game buy a couple of TD's. RaiderGirl, I'm a big Tony Romo fan as well so I'm going to miss seeing your avatar.
