There are limits. Like I said, what would happen to a white kid on a campus that walked around screaming "Death to blacks" and burning a cross? 
Would the Constitution protect him? No way! He would be arrested for a Federal hate crime so fast his head would swim. Immeadiately expelled. Do prison time. DOJ, FBI, CIA, etc. would flip out. Conversely the HAMAS terrostists on the campuses today are being "arrested" then immeadiately released with NO CHARGES. 
The Constitution, just like many Laws, are only applied when it fits the Liberal worldview.

Whichever way this goes is up to the courts. If he wins…. Fine. If he loses…fine. I live on Hillebrandt Road and it’s in a low spot. If a bad enough storm comes to SETex, they close the levee gate on Hwy 365 and flood the few to save the masses. It’s setup that way so we have to live with it. That’s government control of flood waters so his gripe falls on my deaf ears. Like I said, either way is fine with me, but I just don’t see it. 
As to whether he would have flooded anyway, I say yes with Harvey. It might have drained more quickly, however.

Nothing happened to Clinton whatsoever. He definitely didn't face criminal court because of it. And the white stain on the blue dress was only one of many for Clinton. I'm not defending Trump's character. I'm saying this is a Trump witch hunt compared to history of like incidents for other politicians.

What do you think is happening with all these coordinated, coreographed trials during election season in the Democrat run Kangaroo Courts? 
Even terrorists like Tim McVeigh and the Boston Marathon bombers got plentiful trial delays awarded. but Trump gets NONE.
