Nah promise they aren't sleeping on vidor like last year. It's circled. You would've thought vidor won the state championship after last year's game lol

Yeah lots of blown coverages and those guys have some pretty incredible Talent on the field. Just not well coached. We won't see a team with that much speed in our district. Again this is why you don't play bad teams just to pad your record. Good teams and speed will shine a light on your problem areas.

I watched some of this game and there was a lot missed tackles and poor coverage. It looked like Spring had a big OL and a decent qb with some receivers. We need to clean that up before district starts.

This is a pretty good little article about one of our linemen, a younf man who is NOT handicapped in the least. We're proud to have you on our team young man.
 

Those who played their senior year know homecoming is circled regardless of who you are playing. You want to win.
These are the following things going in the Bears direction. 
1. Bye week coming off a bad performance against a good team. Plenty of time to refocus and adjust attitudes.
2. New turf and biggest score board in SETX to be debuted. 
3. Aforementioned homecoming 
4. Stands will be packed with rabid fans
5. The weather will be the epitome of Friday Night Lights. 
If you can't get hyped and play lights out under those circumstances turn your jersey in. 
Peevey rights the ship and the Bears head off into district with a three score victory.

Mistakes took us out early. You can't spot 14 points to a team like FBM. Defense looked good. Have tighten up on those 4th down conversions. All in all FBM is a talented team. We hung in there for a while. I think we keep improving.  But at least we have Texas City next week /sarc

Penalties, man killing our self

Silsbee don’t turn the ball over, and don’t commit undisciplined penalties, I can see them playing well into December.
 
Good thing is they won’t see Carthage until Dallas, if they clean things up.

That was a pretty terrible series of play calls. Hey let's run it up the middle... well that didn't work... let's try it again... well dang that didn't work either.

The coaching staff is horrible. WB is filled with talent but for some reason, the coaching staff is unable to identify the talent. It brings me to the question of: "How can you workout and condition all summer and still not know your team?" It's hard to believe these coaches played on a collegiate and/or a professional level.

We’ve had this talk before.  Why didn’t you apply for the last two vacancies?

Just let them know we are looking for a few more recruits 😜
