  1. Your doing all the assuming. Have a blessed day sir.
  2. Am I making excuses or are you making excuses for the cops? They knew Jamarcus didn’t live there and they definitely knew he wasn’t there on that night. It’s all on record. In fact records initially showed they had already arrested him on Elliot Ave before they raided BT’s apartment. They later changed it to make it appear it all happened at the same time. Of course Marcus wouldn’t shoot at the cops because he would be expecting them. Kenny didn’t live a life of crime so he wasn’t expecting cops to be kicking down his door at midnight. He suspected it was more likely to be robbers than cops. That’s why he shot at the cops in “plain clothes” who didn’t announce themselves.
  3. I’m sure you would
  4. I hadn’t done anything
  5. Repercussions for what?
  6. Never did
  7. I stood there confused.
  8. I took a step or 2 in a none threatening manner and he drew down. I almost lost my life while trying to be respectful to a cop who was harassing me for no good reason.
  9. It wasn’t an arrest. He was talking to me from about 20 or 30 yards away and I was having a little trouble hearing him so I took a few steps toward him in order to hear better and he drew down
  10. Yea, 6 or 7 years ago
  11. 1. Of course BT was very familiar with the drug enterprise. She’d dated a mid level drug dealer. Not to mention anyone under 40 who hasn’t been living under a rock know’s what a trap is. That doesn’t make you a part of a drug operation. 2. The police knew exactly where they would find Jamarcus. They found him the same night they raided BT’s apartment and many more times before and after that. Each time they found him at the trap spot on Elliot Ave. He wasn’t hard to find at all. They knew he wasn’t at BT’s because they have made that clear in publicized statements. 3. Rather they knocked or not is not the issue. The issue is rather they announced themselves. Kenny had never been in trouble his whole life. I don’t think he would have willingly made his first criminal act attempted murder against law enforcement. It doesn’t work like that. He had no reason to shoot at cops had he known they were cops. They didn’t announce themselves. But I’m glad you admitted you just automatically took the cops word. 4. There’s no reason to raid BT’s apartment at all. There was no proof she was involved in criminal activity and there was no unusual traffic or anything like that going on at her address. So why would they raid her apartment and not Muhammad Ali Blvd? 5. Good for her family on the settlement but that doesn’t fix reckless police work.
  12. I’ve interacted with these here in the U.S.
  13. That’s common sense but that’s a deflector question to get away from the fact that law enforcement is not well trained in the U.S.
  14. I have no clue what your talking about my guy
  15. You guys are right. Law enforcement doesn’t need much training to protect and serve U.S. citizens. Just give em their gun and badge and let em go get the bad guys.
  16. Once your to the point where your tasering them you’ve already bypassed the deesculation part. So now your at the point where your physical unable to handle the situation. Thanks for proving my point. So cops killing 1000 people a year means they 1. weren’t able to deescalate the situation and then 2. weren’t able to physically handle the situation. So they had to resort to 3. kill the suspect. Other countries with more well trained officers don’t have this happen 1000 times each year
  17. Most people are already taught to respect police officers. Fact is police are not trained well in America. 1. They’re scared of the neighborhoods and people they’re supposed to protect and serve 2. They don’t use deesculation technique. 3. Half of em can’t physically handle themselves.
  18. I don’t know how you figure death is something to constantly make light of. Of course my guess would be at least 99% of them were guilty of some type of criminal activity. Or at least I really hope so. Some were completely innocent which should never happen. Some of the killings were completely unavoidable and that’s understandable. But based off the numbers of other countries that require more training for police officers, at least 75% of the killings could be avoided.
  19. 1000 killings 10 charges 2 convictions this has already been discussed smh
  20. 1000 people of all races. 2 convictions either race
  21. Cop killings Cops convicted 1000. 2 EACH AND EVERY YEAR
  22. Kenneth stated they were beating on the door. You could perceive that as knocking or you could perceive that as someone trying to kick the door down. He said Breonna asked who was at the door and they didn’t say. Ultimately they didn’t announce themselves (which they didn’t have to) and neighbors and witnesses co-signed his statement. So him being a law abiding citizen with the right to bear arms has the right to protect himself against suspected intruders. I said nothing about DPD killing the the other guy. Don’t even know why you bring that up
  23. Based on the fact that they get off 99.99% of the time it is actually predetermined that authorities are right
  24. Kenneth was also innocent. And if the no knock had not been approved that would have saved him the jail time he served, the innocent officer a injury, and Breonna Taylor her life. Turns out they got all the drug dealers they were after anyway. No thanks to the raid on BT’s house. Oh I forgot. They’re now offering the main suspect a plea deal so BT won’t receive any justice for her death. So all this for nothing. You do know Officer Gerald Goines was convicted for the same thing Joshua Jaynes did right?
