Let’s be honest.  Democrats don’t care what their leaders do or say.  They can say racial slurs, associate with racists, steal, kill, or participate in pedophilia, but the Dem voters don’t care, nor the Dem Media.
Of all the 🐂💩 from both sides, the one thing which bothered me most was the Pelosi/Blitzer confrontation when Wolf said folks needed the stimulus checks and were going hungry & Pelosi repeatedly said, “We feed them”.   How freaking condescending.   I can picture her sitting on the porch at Tara getting ask about her slaves saying, We feed them.  Make no mistake, that’s the way she sees all of us.

My nephew went to the game, said both teams are down this year. He told me the Rebels had at least 10 turnovers and they still should've won the game. One completely blown coverage and a reverse that the D-End bit on was the difference in the game. The Rebels are also missing kids because of COVID protocols and haven't played in 2 weeks. 
And if that's all true, both teams are really down this year. 
Congrats on the win HD, but after the performance last night, I think both teams might need to worry about Burkeville.

I doubt there will be a complaint.
As you noted, the UIL does not provide for a running clock.  So in order for officials to do it, they must have the consent of both coaches.  So, the presumption is that both Prouse and Thibodeaux agreed to the running clock.
As Red Jolly Roger noted, even the Deweyville second teamers (or as much of a second team as you could have at the 2A-II level) got significant playing time.  I think we can be assured that every Sabine Pass Shark got significant playing time.
So all of the kids got significant playing time.  Both coaches agreed to it.  What is your problem with this game going to a running clock again?
If you wish, you can certainly approach the DEC, but I really doubt that messers Hodges, Willams (both Mark and Eric) and Miracle will find much merit in such a complaint, nor will their respective administrators.

I think the voting stations allow display banners for any candidate running for office, and they follow the 100’ distance required by electioneering rules.
