    ? When I was on the school board we never interviewed or screened the AD candidates. It was the Superintendent’s job to screen/interview and select their final candidate. We would then vote to approve or disapprove their selected candidate. The only position the Board hired was the Superintendent..

    Throwing wild accusations out there just because a local team got beat is non-sense..Could it be that CS just has a better program and better players than WOS? Obviously they are after having knocked out the Mustangs the last two years. Sometimes you just got to tip you hat to your opponent and then put in work to get better…just sayin…

    Sam seems to be a good fit for the Hogs so far..I see him as being the guy that puts them on stable footing..setting up the next guy to come in and have success…

    Truth is not everyone is going to be happy with whoever is hired…If Nick Saban was picked there would have been someone posting on here mad…Good luck to Coach Smithey and here’s to hoping he can help bring success to all the programs along with the students, parents and community…

    No idea or guess on the record….pay is actually not bad for area 3A schools…they made a pretty big bump up in the pay scale a couple years ago…
